Sprint again?

I swear Sprint sells their network to anybody that's willing to use it. It's the same plan essentially $80 for unlimited text and data and 600 minutes but the phone is $50 cheaper and uses the same network as Sprint? what is wrong with this picture? I wonder if this counts as part of the committment that Sprint would sell X amount of iphones in 5 years?

True but you have to live in their area, and I'm sure they will do something if you are constantly off their system.

Ntelos is a public company with their own 1.9mhz PCS network, they use Sprint for nationwide roaming on Cellular bands.
