You would be incorrect. I bought my car certified pre-owned. The original owner beat the living snot out of the rims. I baby my car like nothing else on earth. Believe me, they grate me to no end. I was happy to put winter wheels/rims on the car only to rid it of the horror show rims that it came with. I need to buy new summer rims/tires at some point, but those darned 19-inchers are a wee tad pricey.
