No, no, no. Clearwire is working on LTE at this point. Sprint launched 4G with WiMax... mostly to try to be first. I haven't heard anything about a WiMax phase out as I believe it's still part of the Network Vision plan at the moment. But Sprint, Clearwire and a few other companies are in conjunction working on implementing LTE on Sprint's network.
