Problem is, if you look you will see Kodak has become just as bad as Apple is patent suits. To be fair, if Apple or any others can't sue Kodak because of Chapter 11 protection, they shouldn't be allowed to pursue their suits against others. And please, Kodak because of their bad business model got themselves into this mess. They sat on their products while everyone else was innovating.
