Contract required?

Sounds tempting. Would it require a contract and would caps over 10 GB be available?

It probably would require a contract, and I would hope they have a 30gb at least for home use.

30 GB would be awesome. If they offered something like that in my area, I'd get it, contract or no.

This is a breakthrough for those of us truly living in a rural area if Verizon completes their 4G build out by early 2013 as they have stated. We have somewhat decent Verizon 3G where I live, 25 miles west southwest of Corsicana, TX. I have tried satellite but had many dropping issues and finally dropped the service and went back to dialup. I wait patiently with my fingers crossed.

If they are charging you Equipment / Installment of $199, there should be no contract.

I have service with a company called Cogeco where I live, and they only require a contract if you take free / discounted equipment from them. If you pay full for equipment / installation, there is no contract.
