crApple sues everyone over everything don't they. Seems like every day you read about them filing a lawsuit somewhere in the world. They're extremely litigious for sure.
Do we really need this?
News about patent litigation. It just seems so droll. Give us juicy details on phones and plans and roaming agreements and stuff, but the patent litigation doesn't seem so interesting, unless of course it actually does lead to someone's devices from being banned from the US.
I said the very similar last week, its either patent trolls or flame articles on AT&T and Apple.

Yea they are getting very creative with these lawsuits. Im sure this will be thrown out of court. I need to become a lawyer and work for Apple, sounds like a fun job!
