Interesting. Has there been ANY Motorola device prior to the iPhone that did email well? 🤣
The issue is no doubt not the concept of syncing, but the precise manner in which the syncing is done...yo can't patent a concept, but you can patent one method to implement that concept provided it is clever and innovative enough....

Yes, and I bet, once this goes through, both Apple and Google will come to some cross licensee agreement on various patents both warranted and nonsense.

I would like to see more news blogs on new stuff like the Note and other phones being released ...
