Phone names

Are terrible! Sometimes a phone has something to do with it's name, like the Samsung Comeback or the Sidekick, I would even accept the name droid, but Radar?

At this rate, the name supply will be Exhausted and we will see some pretty stupid names soon.

I can only invision phones with names like the HTC Scuba, or Motorola Zirconia. Damn those names suck.

over in the "HTC Radar" discussion:

Wait

WCDMA 1700/1900? WHAT? Don't T-Mobile and AT&T usually (read: ALWAYS) exclude each other's 3G/4G bands from their phones?

It's a sign of the apocalypse 😳
...or a sign that they're preparing for a merger of some kind. 😉

Most new T-Mobile phones coming out this fall support at least WCDMA 1900, if not 850 as well.
Galaxy S II, Exhibit II, and Radar are the only phones I can see that currently, or in the near future, will support both of those WCDMA bands.
