Need help setting up warp for blind customer

I am trying to install app's that will make it easier for a blind woman to use phone. As of now, she can't even answer her phone because she can't see the screen. We've downloaded several apps but none seem to work correctly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have no power on my Warp. I was hoping I could obtain the schematics from someone.Thanks
Contact ZTE on 1-877-817-1759, they would help in repair sevice to fix the issues.

switched from a blackberry and the more i learn the more i like the android but the touch screen is still hard but what's worse is i can't seem to add new words or slang to perdictive text.. is there an app or something i can do to add words to it so i dont have to flip and spell them out every time.. i would love this phone if i can get that figured out.. thank you all...jt

phone will not turn on

had this phone for a couple of months last night while surfing the phone shut off. it was at 60 percent, when this happened. tried to remove the battery and do a reset.it wouldn't even come on. just the red light. found out this was a know issue with the phones. i have to send it back to zte for it to be fixed. has anyone else had the same trouble

New York, NY. Nov 7, 2011:

Today I went to buy the new ZTE Warp android phone from Boost Mobile to the store and they pretty much ripped me off.

I paid for the phone (the ZTE Warp), and the representative at the store did the switch to this new ZTE to replace my previous Samsung Galaxy Prevail (an android phone). 3 hours later I get home to check on my account online as the internet service on the phone for some reason is not working yet. When I logged into my boost mobile online account, my monthly plan payment was changed! This new change was made to my plan without my authorization. My plan has been $50 for over a year now. They just went ahead and changed it to $55.

How could you not know that all the android phones are 5 dollars more a month? from reading your complaint I can read everything about the phone on the website. I had a small problem in the beginning but it was taken care of speedily. I pay 45 a mo...
