Huuummm

Honestly I believe that this is the way to go, Lightsquare may never be up and running + there frequensy is suspect and Clearwire has so much spectrum that Sprint should be ok from this deal. The only question mark is the NON Exclusive deal, hopefully they do stay together. Realize it or not Sprint really needs Clearwire and for what I can see and read LTE is the way to go...

supplemental downlink: the Sprint-Clearwire spectrum solution

Sprint and Clearwire need to coordinate LTE supplemental downlink deployment in their BRS/EBS 2500-2600 MHz spectrum.
