Losing

Apple created the competition they are encountering with the Android platform and the so called I-Phone killer Galaxy II.
When they put all their eggs into the AT&T network and mad it an Exclusive AT&T product they did not foresee Verizon as being a larger carrier that they and other carriers would want to stop Churn by asking other vendors for a device that would compete with the I-Phone.
In the past the only competition was Windows and BlackBerry and everyone decided to go for the I-Candy and switch to AT&T for that Status symbol. Now that other Carriers now have the Android, specific Samsung, Apple started making the I-Phone Available in Verizon. I agree. Apple is just getting annoying with suing everybody & trying to stop the phones from being sold. It's kinda pathetic of them, win by selling more devices & being the most popular not by stopping your ccompetition from selling their devices al...

so China can dump the apple to the garbage!
China dont believe in patents BS!, there is enought money to be make for everybody.
