Apple is Suing Farmers

Yes, my friends its true. They are also going after farmers who saw increased earnings after the introduction of the ipod. Apple's rationale is that the increased crop yield was a result of the ipod's patented electromagnetic field decreasing the harvest time. And Poor Billy Bob farmer dude thought he was just passing the time on his tractor with his ipod. Come to find out he was irradiating his crops with Apple's patented E-frequency plant growth stimulator.
haha I agree they are suing everyone, next thing you know they will be suing people just for think...
Apple can even sue cats and dogs!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Why would Apple single out HTC if this were true? Why not all the OEMs and Google?
They've already gone after Motorola and Samsung. Each case is a little unique, since each OEM has made iOS-style tweaks. (Samsung's is more about their devices being shameless rip-offs of the iPhone/iPad)

Actually, God and Steve Jobs are currently in litigations. Steve claims it was his idea for Eve to take a bite of the Apple. He told God it would be used for his logo. He may have a case because...

*sits apple down for time-out, just like a toddler*

...." It is thus no wonder that the infringing Android platform used the claimed subsystem approach of the '263 patent that allows for flexibility of design and enables the platform to be 'highly customizable and expandable' as HTC touts." Apple goes on to accuse HTC of distorting the truth to cover up this key developmental event. Apple's filing is meant to show that HTC is not being honest with the court, however, it could be used as the basis for a much more damaging legal attack directly against Google. Apple, so far, has only sued Android handset makers and not Google itself for alleged patent infringements."

oh yeah, because iOS totally allows users the flexibility of design and enables the platform to be highly customizable and exp...
