Learn from the Chinese!

In China, they don't believe in BS copyright and patents garbage! There is enough money to be make for everybody!
That's because they just steal the hard work of people without compensating them.

That's odd, because Microsoft asked Google to bid with them....

And Google declined so that they could bid on their patents independently of the industry consortium (which also made up RIM as well as other companies.)

They've alread been got!

Yes, I realize that the title to this post is not grammatically correct.

Microsoft already gets a few dollars for every Android phone sold. Just in case you're wondering why, it's because of patents. If I'm not mistaking, it's somewhere between $5-$10 per phone sold. I've read that they are trying to get Samsung to pay $15.

It seems that all these companies are out to get one another, now that the smart phone competition has picked up in the last couple of years. It's getting harder and harder for each of them to come up with something that will set them apart from the rest. Although, MS WP7 is about the closest thing to being different, when it comes to smart phones.

I'm really surprised this headline hasn't gotten more posts!

I'm really shocked that the Iphone zombies haven't come out in force over this headline. I just thought this headline wod have gotten a lot of posts.

Of course they are!

Just as Google is "out to get" Apple and Microsoft as well. The only difference is that Google does it by innovating their platform, and Apple does it by preventing other from innovating.
