Who are they, anyway?
Can't you tell by the name?

Basically, they provide native cell service in the cincinnati metro area and dayton oh. Plus phone service in the cincinnati metro.

Yea, i guess most have not heard of them. I do know they use AWS for 3G, (or I guess ...

What kind of HSPA+ network are they running. 21 Mbps? 42 Mbps? Wont matter. There are no 42 Mbps cellular devices currently released. Even with T-mobile having a 42 Mbps HSPA+ network, as you can see, their average down is 3.7Mbps with max at 15.23Mbps. There is no way that they will deliver 10 Mbps CONSISTENTLY with a HSPA+ network unless Several powerful phones are released that support HSPA+ 42.2 (as I type this post, zero exist). They have USB modems that access their network. That is probably why they know their average throughput. Not a lie. Also, they have a very small throughput.
