This is a true 4G

I can't find article but I read LTE-A and Wimax 2 are true 4G
WiMax Release 2 probably won't ever happen.

And I will be shocked if LTE-A happens by 2013. That's around the time that Verizon intends to be finished deploying LTE across it's current 3G network.
As long as average speeds exceed 100Mbps yes it will be 🙂
