Adjustments Needed.

I'm not a judge, but I have observed both products. While I do see a resemblance in UI operation and hardware aesthetics, I don't see a "blatant copy". There is a distinct difference between the two. It may not be innovative on Samsung's part, but it is a smart business move.

It is now Apple's turn to capitalize on their own products to remain attractive rather than trying to stay proprietary to one design at a time. That is what seems to be the underlining perception of what is going on here.

If a restaurant wants to stick with one hamburger choice, it shouldn't get mad when the competiton has taken that hamburger and made it more attractive with more choices. I hate using this analogy, but it does cast an example of how Apple is ...

there is enough money for everybody!

Technically i like samsung and apple its ok, but they both have copy designs if the media want to put it out like that because iphone and samsung touch screen phones and even htc have all copy the design because the design of the phone was already out...
