With the fast pace at which the Android OS is being updated, 1.6 is probably not that surprising. The OS has been updated in some areas from what I understand too. I doubt an update...

Which of course makes me nervous that when I snag the Evo something will be out a few months later that eclipses it. My #1 grief with Android right now, how many bazillion models do we need? The obsolescence cycle is like 4 months!

Whoever bought this phone has been completely screwed.
Whoever bought this phone doesn't do research prior to buying a new phone. This thing oughta have 2.2 by now.

Or maybe they're just not obsessd with always having the latest and greatest... for a cheap $50 Android phone maybe they're willing to be a little out of date. What the hell is wrong with that?
