AT&T are a bunch of control freaks

If their network wasn't so fragile then they'd be able to handle people installing apps other than Market ones on their devices.

Not like you can't anyway...it's just a little harder.

Funny thing is, off-market apps don't tend to be bandwidth-suckers, unless you're talking about Wireless Tether :p
officer, well... here in the state of virginia we dont like you doing anything except drive the speed limit with both hands on the wheel and no less then a full tank of gas. if not, its a 300 dollar fine and wreckless driving

So many smart phones will be out soon, where's the new iphone?!

With so many smart phones will be out before July or so, I'm not sure if I can wait until September )or maybe even later for the new iphone) Will it worth the wait? Steve, you'd better hurry up!

AT&T doesn't know anything about Apple's iPhone plans....AT&T finds out the same times everyone else does.....when Steve Jobs does the big announcement....

New plans?

No mention of new plans in this brief or at PC mag site-why is it in headline?
They are refering to the smartphone release plans. Not the cellular monthly plan rates. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Rugged Smartphone?

So Verizon comes out with a rugged Casio, and Sprint with their rugged motorla android phones...And we get a pantech? Hooray!
That's what you get for being with ATT. Not me though, I left 14 months ago.
