"Fix Tracking Bug"?

Not sure if I buy that...
I don't buy that it's a "bug fix" because the phone was SUPPOSED to be storing and syncing location data. Bugs are errors, glitches, stuff happening that's not supposed to be happening, stuff not happening when it's supposed to be happening etc.
