poor verizon customer service

they are gonna be flooded with customers demanding credit since it was down for a day hmmm sucks for them
VZW is not one to issue credits though, however, for this case, I'm sure they will.

Big freaking deal that 4G LTE was down for a day. It's not like it's available everywhere or a lot of people are using it. 3G was up and running normally. It's not like the whole network just went into 1x RTT mode for 24 hours.

Ya know, defecation happens, it happens to all carriers, things go amiss now and then. So what. Its back up and move on. I applaude VZW for getting LTE up and running. And I don't even use them.

Good thing it's back up and running.

1 day in the dark, not to bad, but I must admit, one day is very inconvenient. Glad its back up and running.
Especially when people go from being acustomed to 800kbps-1.5mbps to speeds upwards of 6, 8, and 15mbps. It's hard to go back to those EVDO Rev. A speeds.
