It's just ridiculous. It seems that just because the competitor has more customers that this makes them a better product or a better deal. In this case, the ATT deal doesn't represent either.
So good they get some more network. Big whoop! This amounts to polishing a turd in my book... well maybe upgrading to something with some corn in it
I don't think this will upgrade the US's worst cell wireless carrier's customer service issues.
I'm pretty certain that ATT will share the costs of this 39 billion dollar deal along to its customers. Expect them to flaunt the fact that they are "#1" by hiking up the rates.
This along with future billing errors, network migration...
Let the ATT fanboys have their circle jerk.

This is a business. People are in it to make money. You think Sprint/Clear gives a flying phuck about the consumer? They're just hating cause they were outbid so now they're playing the consumer advocate card in an effort to improve their public image. What a crock. At the end of the day, they're just another company trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents.
