Going to Miss Milspec

I own a Motorola i1 (One of the few post-paid users of the phone and proud). I only hope that when Sprint finally closes down iDEN, they keep the Nextel name around and keep making robust phones that can survive being in your pocket. Even if they're CDMA. Where as Push-To-Talk may not have as much of a following as it used to, there will always be a Market for phones that don't care if you sit on them.

Nice

Other than the IDEN part 😕 , this really is a nice phone.
I abuse the crap out of my phones and a texting phone like this would be a great addition. 🙂

Missed the biggest feature!

It has MO-SMS instead of the text service other Nextel phones use. Allegedly, it should be just as instantaneous and reliable as texting is on the CDMA network.
