Sprint put up a courageous fight along with Qualcomm in 2004 to prove to the world that EV-DV was a better option over EV-DO to compliment CDMA in offering faster downloads, Video Conferencing and simultaneous Voice and Data transmissions and Etc. Verizon then announced that they would roll out EV-DO to compete against the older dominant GSM. Qualcomm decides to bury the EV-DV initiative soon after Sprint elected to not fall behind and offer EV-DO to stay viable.

1)When i am on my way to the bar I use google Maps for directions (if i dont know where I am going) of course my (already drunk) friends are lighting up my phone asking why I am not already there yet. I dont get lost and they can stay updated knowing where I am at. bluetooth suggested or speakerphone)
