1) It's on Verizon's network. Verizon's network can't handle video calling as it's too slow for decent upload speeds.
2) The screen resolution isn't any better on any other phone except for the iPhone 4.

You are right, this is a fail. I have the D1 and I'm not tempted to get the new one. I already have froyo which has apps to sd so I don't have a memory problem. I'm pulling great quadrant scores and don't have any lag with the adjustments I've made....

Droid1 = Sold Out
Droid Incredible = Still back ordered but available soon
Droid X = back ordered to end of month
Droid2 = my guess is it will be sold out in a couple days the rep that I spoke with earlier today...
