Google Remotely Kills 2 Apps from Android Handsets

Disabling Google Kill-switch

Someone needs to create an apps for rooted devices to disable the kill-switch, similar to the SBSettings app on jailbroken iPhones.

Anyone think this is possible? I have a feeling this will turn into standard procedure for not only Applications Google deems "Dangerous" but once carriers catch wind of this, they will be pushing Google to remove things as well.
The kill switch was in android since the market launched. Google never hid they had this capability.

Furthermore, since it's part of the marketplace TOS, sideloaded apps should be safe
