Price protection credit varies ($50-$100)

The 3G-S 8GB phone is brand new. Up until this month, the only 3G-S models were the 16GB and the 32GB. The 8GB model was the 3G (not "S"). So if you purchased a 3G-S recently and you are keeping that phone and want a credit, only the 32GB dropped $100 (was $299, now $199). The 16GB would only get you a $50 credit (was $199, now $149). If you exchange your device for the new 8GB 3G-S, that may require paying a 10% restocking fee at AT&T retail stores since you are returning the phone you purchased.

Just a heads up!
