Where is the "Safe"????

When are carriers going to offer "Idiot" Safe phones?
I have yet to see a phone that some nitwit calls in to customer service with even the most moronic issue that even a chimpanzee on meth could figure out.
Even the elderly with Jitterbug phones have issues. 🙄
