Verizon ads are way better, more cleaver, true, and funny...lame att has nothing but a fat guy standing in front of a board! LAME!
come on! you seriously think that AT&T would have something better? They are filing a lawsuit because the mislead a commerical from the #1 phone service company.

THIS is the map which Verizon SHOULD be using in its commercials. The areas which are blue are native Verizon EV-DO Rev.A. The areas in Yellow are Extended Broadband (meaning not provided by Verizon) and may be EV-DO Rev. 0 or Rev. A.
If Verizon wanted to be litigation proof then they would have used just the EV-DO maps. The big red map clearly includes the Enhanced Services or 1x coverage which is still 3G but not nearly as fast as EV-DO.
So, in my opinion, AT&T has every right to test the VZW commercials. I think that AT&T will lose but if Veriz...

Because of their egos they sue. Everyone knows AT&T has network issues (unless you don't believe their own customers via Consumer Reports, JD Power, etc) and all you did was bring more attention to it.

😁 At&t is so much better than Verizon. I'll give Verizon some props for getting some new Andriod phones but At&t phones are like 100 times the Verizon phones including unlocked, which you can used any features for no extra money. Haha with At&t I have a $10 unlimited internet plan that I put in an Unlocked HTC Magic and have the same thing the as the Verizon Android phoens which are $40 extra a month to use the marketplace. CAN YOU DO THAT WITH VERIZON?? With Verizon you can't even change phones without them knowing! Talk about being crippled they don't even let you use Wifi, and TALK AND SURF THE WEB??? Come on Verizon and Sprint...you really will never compare to T-Mobile or At&t thats why the rest of the world is GSM/3G.
