QChat not iDEN, right???
just to clarify... the linked news release implies this expansion of Nextel DirectConnect service is of the EVDO Rev. A based, QChat variety... not the iDEN kind.

It's good that they're doing this...
iDEN might not be advanced technology but it's solid and reliable. Plus it will benefit Nextel/Boost customers and also draw in new ones.
