Why are people loyal to AT&T?

Would you be with AT&T if it wasn't for the iPhone?

Why Verizon?

IMHO it would be more competitive and fair to give those markets to a regional carrier like U.S Cellular or Metro PCS or even a national carrier like T-Mobile.
They are not 'giving' them to Verizon they are selling them to Verizon.

OK, check this out....

First of all, lets get somethings straight. I am not 15 and gullible. Wiwavelength's answer made sense to me. If you don't like it then too bad, your 15 year old comments are not needed just because someone has a different opinion than you. There is no more real competition these days and that's the truth unfortunately.

Verizon and PR

Verizon will more than likely get the Puerto Rico licens. I know they sold there own in 07, but I can see Verizon taking it because its CDMA already with EVDO.
