AT&T is doing this cause they know damn well that the FCC is going to come crashing down on them with Net Neutrality. SAME rules apply to wireless companies as do wireline companies.
If AT&T doesn't want they're network effected by volp apps then INCREASE CAPACITY liky a company who has nearly 80m customers should.
