From what I have read on a few other sites is it has a resistive touch screen. No thanks.

It says Quad Band GSM with European 3G it will work here but not for 3G service.

Hey Eric, or whomever can answer this question. What exactly does it mean when you say "European markets"?

What I mean is, who "COULD" use this phone? I see its GSM so my guess is any SIM card service provider type. Is it really that broad a term? When you say "European markets" does it simply come down to CDMA or GSM? or is there a particular service provider that may or may not be able to provide service to these devices?

We are more detailed when it comes to America... as in "This phone is coming to AT&T/Verizon/Sprint/and/or T-Mobile" but with European phones you just say "European markets".
euro markets mean its only sold over seas. 99% of euro phones r unlocked and u can put any SIM in it.

Since all of Europe is on the same standard then this would mean 900/1800mZh frequencies for GSM whereas U.S. GSM carriers use 850/1900mZh. So I would infer that this device or a so-called "European" device would not work in the U.S as it would not h...
