Why is Cincinatti bell even discussed

Why is there news coverage regarding a very small local carrier in ohio. You can only subscribe to CBW if you live in Cinci or visinity [ for instance you can't have if you live in columbus or cleveland]. Its very different from the mnvo like boost or pageplus. Having said that , they have a good deal but 99% of the readers are geographically restrictd from their services.
There are still Phonescoop readers who are eligible for their services. Unlike an MVNO they actually have their own network which has very good coverage.

Great idea!!!! Now if ATT would offer this because I already pay for uverse internet so why should I pay for mobile internet too?

5Mbps is the download speed, not the monthly data limit.
