Won't Change Anything
The screen click is totally lame (and gets worse over time) , the processor is grossly underpowered, and overall user interface is not suitable for a touch screen device.
I had one since November 2008 and it is the absolute worst cell phone or BlackBerry I've ever purchased. The rubber sides creak because they have gotten loose, the accelerometer gets stuck all the time (any firmware version), and the noise reduction makes the phone sound so bad people think I'm on a crummy old wireless telephone (Bluetooth is the answer to that issue). Several issues you complained about are warranty items that would get you a free replacement anyway
Have you even seen one with the .75 software? (it does help the accelerometer) This leaked software is on my manager's machine. It makes it work great.
