Requires GPS connection, not just internet...

In order to use the Extender, you have to have access to a window, so that the GPS antenna can receive a signal. If you're in a basement or office without windows, the product doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have a solution?

AT&T comes in last again....

1st - T-Mobile has T-Mobile@Home service.
2nd - Sprint gets the "AirRave"
3rd - Verizon introduces this equivalent
4th? AT&T, with your copper and DSL, will you have a femtocell soon? The only requests I get for repeaters lately all have iPhones and I have to tell them their company is the only one without a >$200 solution
hey if there last but support 3g i will be happy. maybe maybe att needs to contact there cingular people and ask them how to do business. HAHA
This means they're certain to get one. If Verizon, T-Moble, & Sprint have one, it's not a question of if, but when.

As someone who lives in a nigh-unto-signal-proof house, I'm very happy to have one.

Just wondering, did anyone know that wireless signal boosters are offered outside of the carriers?

Anyone tried it?

I live in an apt and for whatever reason the signal just doesnt penetrate unless i am directly next to the window. I would be interested in trying it but for $250 i would hope to at least be able to try it w/ the option of returning it. Anyone gave it a try?
It will work. Its like wifi but little a cell phone tower
Verizon has something called a Worry Free Guarantee which also applies to accessory purchases. Buy it and one has thirty days to return it if not satisfied (with receipt, packaging and in like new condition).
I work for the company and I bought it because I don't get service at my mother in law's house. Works pretty well. Just remember, 3 people can be on calls at a time, you have to have a router and it only does voice service. There is also no monthly fe...

Ok so no monthly cost but I can't find anything that says its unlimited while connected. It hints that it will still use your min and so forth.
