This article had 49 comments, with roughly all of them, excluding a few loyal sprint fans, bashing Sprint and contending that the ship is sinking, and everyone should bail before we go down with it. Sprint may be ranked third in overall customers, But 50-some odd million customers is still nothing to sneeze at. That's still double what T-Mobile has, but I don't see nearly as many T-Mobile bashers as I do Sprint.

As well, Sprint's Data network has always been awesome, and Gizmodo proved it by giving us the best ranking overall in a test at the end of last year.

Are there regulations on how tall GSM towers are? I've only seen little ones and CDMA towers are huge!

The Network boys and girls sat down and looked at roaming revenue, tower capacity, and traffic. For those towers that didn't seem finacially advantageous to maintain, got the cut.

Why are they selling towers in the first place? Are these 2G or 3G? I live in a city without 3G and was told we'd have 3G a year ago. So I guess I wonder why they're pushing 3G down our throats when half the country
