Rules...?

So what exactly did Verizon have to agree to for the FCC to approve this? What are the rules on this block?
If I am not mistaken the rules dealt with being able to bring any device to work on the network. Similar to the unlocked device capabilities of TMobile and AT&T.

MetroPCS would gladly take the spectrum in New Jersey

Not only is MetroPCS coming to New Jersey in 2009 but They could always use the additional space.
yea...plus they need to come out in chicago and the rest of the midwest like iowa and wisconsin

Doesn't it seem like the FCC is pretty much in love with VZW?

They were more than generous with the whole Alltel thing, and now this. It has to make one wonder.
