touch screen problems

Has anyone else had touch screen problems? I bought two of these phones for my daughter and I and both have had the same problem with the touch screen. The sensor moves too far to the right which means things on the left side cannot be used. I have reset it, rebooted, and took it into the store. The verdict: I need a new $100 screen. Now that the second phone has this problem, I think it must be a manufacture's problem and would like comment from anyone else who has experienced this.
Mine has a very similar problem. I press icon on top left of screen and the bottom left radio button activates..must be a faulty circuit board.
Where can I find an OEM replacement, anyone????

My Thoughts, Good and Bad....

😁 I work at at&t and I own the Samsung Eternity. I absolutely love it!!! The Mythic is a great replacement phone for the Eternity. The only complaint I have would be for Samsung.....How many of the exact same phones will they make for at&t before they get it RIGHT?? Actually, I think they may have almost gotten it perfected. First came the Eternity, great camera, I'm likein the touch screen, expandable memory,Wigits are awesome, great features all around, and to top it all off, I gotta have my FloTV! Then came the Impression, same exact phone with updated Wigits, and they replaced FloTV with a slide out keyboard. Good and bad, some people don't wish to pay more for the FloTV, and it worked. Another great companion phone to pitch to custome...

Both reviews are positive and I'm sure this phone will do well. I have owned my Eternity for just over a year and I also love it. My question...is there a compelling reason to dump my Eternity to get the Mythic? Yes it does have a brighter screen, ...

I like everything about the Mythic, with the exception of no slideout keyboard, I think that's it's only drawback, I like that it has a large screen, MobileTv, 3.5mm headphone jack, microusb charging, but no slideout keyboard, do you think there is an...

The solstice was not a upgrade to the eternity at all. it was for a market all of its own. Slimmer. smaller camera meant for customers who like the touch screen but dont need the Flo TV, camera, or anything other then easy text message and a nice mp3 ...

Mythic sync contacts with Outlook?

Hello,

I've got mixed information about whether the version of "PC Studio" that works with the Samsung Mythic allows you to sync the contacts from Microsoft Outlook. I know it works for Solstice.

Has anyone got it to work?

Thanks!
I have not purchased the phone yet, but very soon. But since the Eternity and Impression both do, I would assume so. Check the att.com forums section for more info on that thou. But I can tell you that with the Impression and Eternity, there are a few...

I have the Mythic and absolutely love it. I downloaded the PC studio for the Selstice and use the bluetooth from my cell paired with my laptop to transfer data. It works great.
Here is the link to the solstice pc studio, good luck.

my new mythic gets hot when in use

Does anybody else have this problem? I noticed that when I'm on the phone for a few minutes, it feels very warm. After I hang up, it cools down.

I just got the phone last week and am wondering if I should go back to Radio Shack and get a replacement...

Thanks for any feedback.

Vibrate

How do you put this phone on vibrate with out going to the menu each time is there a key you push
Yup. Simply go to dial like your going to make a phone call and press down the pound (#) key for a second it will set it on vibrate. Do the same to return it back to your standard profile.

Upgrade to this phone?

If I want to upgrade to this phone from my motorazr v3a would i be able to keep the same plan i currently have without any monthly raise? If so, how much would the phone cost? Because I tried to go on amazon.com and find out and it acted like I could get the mythic for $50 with the current plan I have. 🤤

Mythic Crash/Reboot in Music Player

I loaded up an SD card and started messing with the music player on my Mythic. First couple of songs played fine, then I tried to switch artists and the phone just rebooted. Went back into music player, selected a different artist and track, pushed play, the phone rebooted again. And again.

I've got another SD on the way, but do you think that's the problem? I was using a SanDisk 2GB that came with my phone. I bought a SanDisk 8GB which should arrive soon... Any help would be appreciated as right now my music player is completely unusable.

Mythic or the impression?

Which would you recommend for a 14yr old?
It's all in personal preference. Alot of customers like the physical feel of the buttons and in that fact the impression is a good way to go. Otherwise with the haptic feedback on the mythic it vibrates when a button is pushed to simulate the feel of ...
