AWESOME!

I just set this up on my blackberry, and it is amazing! I don't think I'll be checking voicemail the old way again! Here are my thoughts so far:

Pros: easy, web-based visual voicemail, easy to set up, can access from web on my pearl or computer.

Cons: Can't upload pictures for my contacts (or I haven't figured out how yet), doesn't sync contacts with outlook or blackberry's phonebook, sound quality could be better.

All in all, this ranks up there with Opera Mini for favorite free apps.

Callwave

Callwave has done this for a while now. I use it and it's great for my non-smart phone. When someone calls I get a text summary of their vm, and caller id info, plus an email transcript of the entire call.

It will be good to have more options in this arena, though I wish the carriers would start offering these services in house...
