Good!

Hope it passes it's ridiculous the amount of taxes we pay! 👿
It's even worse in CA, on top of paying high tax on the bill we also pay tax on the full retail price of a handset not tax on the 2yr discounted price... regulation 1585, tsk tsk.

Long over due

They need to set some limits for what the states can charge. Otherwise in a couple of years it could be horrendous.

we NEED these taxes!!!

Without these taxes inner city folks would need to find a job...its bad enough we have 3rd generation welfare, but i think its funny when people on welfare try to buy a CELL PHONE! this is kinda like the joke about hiding their food stamps under their work boots.
