I don't get Nokia's argument?
$1 Billion sounds like a nice round number, so lets just stop paying? If they're still using patented implementations in their products, why shouldn't they be forced to pay up/or banned from shipping infringing products?
doesnt stop chinese companies from making products i dont understand why nokia doesnt make its headquarters in china where patents dont matter... you know how they say it over there.
