Prolonged battery life?
How can you prolong the life of a battery by updating the software of a phone? I understand that the web may be improved, Bluetooth updated by removing the restrictions, etc.
But how can one make a battery longer by updating the software?
(I'm sorry, I guess this is more of a rant than a thread) but if it is possible to prolong a battery that to me is B.S. in that Verizon only waits for enough complaints to make a battery last as long as it SHOULD.
