Change in Terms?
Is this considered a change of TOS and now they have to let people out of their contracts without penalty? If it is, they just keep shooting themselves in the foot. Let the bleeding continue!
I highly doubt this constitutes a change in TOS. Anyway, it looks like it'll reduce my bill by just over $1/month, so whatever.
This does not constitute a change in the TOS. A change in the TOS would only be about the ETF, Activation fees, or they add/remove an important part of the current TOS. Sprint's TOS only includes information about the amount of time for term of use,...
