What about Oregon 6 and Oregon 3

Does this include the RCC licenses/network in Oregon 6 (Bend, Klamath Falls) and Oregon 3?(Pendleton)

No real big deal.

Assets swaps are nothing new, its done in every industry, telecommunications, cable television, supermarket chains. They're doing nothing but making life easier for each other and to some extent to their customers.
It is a big deal in rural markets. Verizon was facing an uphill battle in the purchase of RCC because of the issue of rural markets....
