t-mobile sidekicks

I heard about the two new sidekicks the LX and the slide. The lx is supposed to launch on wednsday oct 17 and the slide on november 7th. From what i heard the lx will run for $300 with a 2 year contract and the slide $200 with a two year contract. The biggest difference with these 2 new sidekicks is the resolution of the screen. The lx is alot slimmer compared to the sidekick 3 and the id, as far as the slide its made by motorola not sharp and is supposed to be smaller than any of the other sidekicks.

This Sidekick Slide is just one of two new sidekicks T-mobile will be releasing.

The other Sidekick is called the Sidekick LX, manufactured by Sharp, the orginal maker.

the LX seem to be a little better than the slide when it comes to many things. It also keeps the flip up screen function as well, opposed the the slide.

smudgie picture

finger prints all over the thing.

You'd think they would wipe the thing off before they take a picture of it
Thank you...that is horrible marketing. If you are going to use a picture, make sure it at least looks brand new or add an image on the screen.

Ugly & bulky

Who cares? T-Mobile has a crappy voice coverage, not to mention their data coverage. They do have good phones and good service plans. But the new Sidekick Slide looks ugly and bulky.
I like how people make statements like "T-Mobile has crappy voice coverage", as though it is some fact of nature. It's funny because T-Mobile wins just as many awards for call quality and coverage as everyone else. Just because you have a bad experien...

Ok here is a little info, T-mo has two new HTC's on the way the JUNO and the KISER both with touch screen and there is another sidekick called the LX. So t-mo has more then you think!

weak...........
Yeah that is agreeably disappointing compared to some of the newer Motorola products, but the support for the phone is supposed to be 10x better than the current Sidekick's as Sharp the current developer is technically not a supported T-Mobile manufac...

Hope this isn't the replacement to the SK3?

This phone is so ugly...wow. Motorola ought to be ashamed of themselves! 😡 I read in the TMO forum that the Moto Dante is going to have all the same features of the SK3 and that the SK4 made by Sharp will be released early 2008. I don't know if thats true or not. 😕

poor t-mobile customers.......

at&t gets the HTC TILT and the new HP 910 while t-mobile gets an ugly sidekick,

...at least they could of cleaned all the fingerprints off of the phone before they took a picture of it.
I would try to say something to the ATT people, but I keep getting disconected from their ****ty network.

So T-Mobile took the picture?

This phone is to be small and thin like the RAZR correct?

with a brighter and high resolution screen... That would be pretty sweet if so... 😁
Hey From the specs from the fcc's website it is like almost the same thickness as a razr and about 1.5 inches longer.

Motorola =

A crappier Sidekick. I'm not a fan of any Sidekick but I'm guessing this one is going to suck worse then the rest.
What are you a fan of then? Nokia 6820?

OMG;;LOL!!!1!
