So, they're going to launch an entire investigation into the ONLY 3G phone that Nokia has launched in the States? That sounds like a great waste of money. The phone isn't even selling that well. Dorks.
this is why no manufacturers want to send their highend phones to the USA... if InterDigital had this technology, they obviously didnt use it for anything relating to cell phones so there shouldnt be any issue involving the patent.
