You're not going to believe what I'm looking at...
Aside from pricing, it does seem like it might be cool, albeit, if I ever wanted to use it, I would pay for the minute and use it on occasion rather than paying a monthly fee for it.
This sounds like some of Verizon's voice plans from a few years back (in rural areas where they didn't have competition).
