T-Mobile already does this... but less expensively

T-Mobile has offered unlimited messaging for $14.99 over a year at this point; not only that, they've got unlimited messaging for an entire family plan for as much as AT&T charges for a single line. FT messaging (all lines on a family plan get unlimited messaging) launched on T-Mobile in February 2006.
🙄 We know. They are t-mobile. It doesn't matter what VZW/Sprint/ATT announces, someone will always say "T-Mobile already does this cheaper!"

The fact remains.....they are still t-mobile. So who cares?

Will verizon ever lower data prices???

No, I know this is always a hot topic of debate...but $50 for unlimited data is insane by today's market standards, especially if it doesnt include texts.

So basically if you need unl data and a lot texts the minimum you will pay is $110 plus taxes/fees. And that will only inlclude $450 min! At cingular, based on the new bundle I think that would only cost $80.

Verizon, you stepped up with the increase in texts...now lower data rates to a more reasonable price.

Chris
Verizon will never lower their prices. I am a loyal Sprint person and My plan is by far good. I have 700 min with unlimited text, pic, video and Im and Data all for 65.00 bucks a month. Cant beat that.

didnt lauch yesterday

the plans were released on 4-20-07 to compete with verizon's unlimited plan but Verizon states that they charge airtime for picture and video messaging but its not billed its kinda weird sprint has 10$ unlimited txt only if ur on the new power vision plans its $15 for the old packs and t mob is 15 unlimited txt pic video and im
and remember, verizon's is built into a special plan, so you'll need to renew your contract to get it. ATT's is a bolt-on feature, so anyone can get it, regardless of plan!
