Of course Verizon would do some %^&* like this. Why wouldn't they? Service these days with ANY company continues to get shi%^& and more shi%^&*%. Over it. That is all.

No different from banks charging to go into the bank

Alot of Banks are doing this, makes sense, McDonalds will have robots taking your order in 15 years.
15 years? Most fast food joints I've seen have robots (well, touch screens) taking your order today.
McDonald's already has robots taking orders in very few locations.
