Just don't see how this is a valid patent...

I guess I might have to see it. But from the description this has all been done before.

The flip out, flip over. The buttons on one side screen on the other. I mean, what is novel and patent worthy.

Not a blasted thing as far as I can tell. I swear, we should just chuck patents out the window. It's gotten to the point where anything can be patented regardless of whether it's innovative or not. I full heartedly expect to read in the news how some company has been granted the patent on a round cylindrical shaped device that helps with moving things by rolling on an axis....a.k.a. "the wheel".

Now if they could only work on their phones dropping the call during handoff! Otherwise, Motorola is in trouble. Moto better buy palm!
the dropping of signal has nothing to do with the make of a phone. (samsung, moto, palm.) its the service providers network.
